I’m very new to ML. I’m currently working on a fitness application and I was wondering if someone could show me or help me find the necessary steps to detect food nutrition labels then parse the nutrition label information. I’m not expecting anyone to do it for me or even refer me to an already made API. I would like to try to achieve this myself. I’m trying to achieve similar results to this API https://world.openfoodfacts.org

Has this been done? What would be the steps of processing this? Thanks
