Web Page problem?

Am I the only one that has webpage problems? Today I wanted to see some tutorials on their page and some links downloads xml files instead of showing the actual page.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Goto tutorials webpage https://www.tensorflow.org/tutorials
2. Click on any link in the left bar for example: Quick start for experts (https://www.tensorflow.org/tutorials/quickstart/advanced)
3. It downloads the xml instead of showing the webpage
